Would you like to discover how to lose weight fast without starving yourself and without suffering by eating a high protein diet? So read on and enjoy the benefits of weight loss without starving or fasting.

OK I am not the type of person that beats around the bush so let’s get right into the program.

First let’s try to work out first thing in the early A.M. before eating breakfast. This will help us metabolize and burn more fat and calories as opposed to working out after a meal. Now if you want to increase your body mass than by all means eat before you work out but if you want to decrease your body mass than eat your first meal of the day after you work out.

Also I like working out at home because that way I do not waste precious time by having to drive to twenty or thirty minutes to a gym to exercise. So this routine is designed to be performed at home.

  • Run up and down the stairs from the first to second floor for 30 seconds.
  • Perform 25 push ups.
  • Run up and down the stairs again for 60 seconds.
  • Perform 25 Burpees.
  • Run up and down the stairs again for 30 seconds.
  • Perform 25 wood choppers with a 6 lb medicine ball.
  • Run up and down the stairs again for 60 seconds.
  • Perform 30 jump squats.
  • Perform 50 knee ups.
  • Perform 25 reverse push ups.
  • Run up and down the stairs again for 60 seconds.
  • Cool down for 3 – 5 minutes and if you can repeat the routine one more time.

Perform this routine 3 day a week on nonconsecutive days.

Try to eat a meal of fruit within the first hour of exercising and then eat another meal of fruit three hours later (if you are not diabetic). Have dinner 3 hours after lunch and have lots of vegetables and fuit and a few ounces of lean protein.

Of course always get the approval of your medical doctor before doing this or any exercise and if you are diabetic consult your Medical doctor about your food program.
