Easy enough, right? Start off with small changes, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking up the escalator, etc. Do standing pushups against a wall if you can’t do really ones, and try to tense your abdominal muscles as often as you can. It sounds silly, but you will start to see results. Not, I know that this sounds like a little bit of work, but compared to some of the diets out there (the cabbage soup diet, really?)
